Leading with values

Leading with Values® is Pi Beta Phi's member development program based on our core values. By offering intentional and purposeful programming, Leading with Values sets the stage for understanding and living Pi Phi values, fulfilling leadership potential, serving others and achieving academic excellence.

Leading with Values engages all members from their time as New Members throughout collegiate membership and into alumnae life.

Pi Beta Phi was awarded the 2021 Campus Prevention Network (CPN) Seal of Prevention™ for demonstrating a commitment to digital prevention programs tied to student safety, well-being and inclusion.

Recipients of the CPN Seal of Prevention™ have taken action to create a safer, more inclusive campus through comprehensive, evidence-based digital prevention education on issues such as sexual assault, alcohol misuse, mental health, and discrimination.

New Member Education

New Member Education is an orientation to Pi Beta Phi. The New Member Education Program incorporates a blended learning approach and utilizes Pi Beta Phi’s Online Learning Center as well as in-person New Member meetings.

Officer Training

Our Officer Training Program prepares newly-elected chapter officers for their journey leading the chapter. The Program includes several elements that each play an important role in preparing women to be successful chapter officers.

Pi Phi for Life

Pi Phi for Life enhances collegiate membership and aids in the transition from collegian to alumna. Three Signature Workshops are facilitated during a collegian’s final three academic terms to encourage members to leave a lasting “legacy” on their chapters.

Pi Phi Events

Pi Phi programs and events promote personal growth, provide opportunities for service and give collegians and alumnae a way to develop and practice their leadership skills. Our events are a way for members to establish meaningful connections with other Pi Phis, spanning distance and generations.
