We provide access to professional financial planning expertise, helping all chapters better plan for the future.

• We develop five-year capital expenditure plans to support maintenance of FHC-managed facilities.
• We audit FHC-managed facilities annually and maintain financial records, including fixed asset schedules.
• We negotiate and secure financing for FHC-managed facilities through national lending relationships.
  
  

Employee oversight that provides peace of mind.

We manage approximately 50 local employees who care for the members of our FHC chapters.

• We oversee day-to-day management of employees at FHC-managed facilities in collaboration with House Directors.
• We provide staff recruitment services for FHC chapters, including candidate screening and employee onboarding and training, and offer hiring and staff management advice to CHCs.
• We make recommendations for third-party vendors, such as food services and cleaning companies, and coordinate these services for FHC chapters.
  
  

Fundraising support that generates results.

We partner with Pi Beta Phi Foundation to develop successful chapter-specific fundraising strategies and nurture relationships with donors.

• We review requests for facility fundraising and offer expertise to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
• We provide opportunities for donors to receive tax deductions for eligible contributions through funds held by our Foundation.
• We manage relationships with companies who offer professional fundraising counsel, feasibility studies and campaign management and communications resources.
