APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
Dress will be business casual. Nice slacks, skirts and blouses or sweaters are appropriate. Sweaters or wraps are recommended for meeting rooms. Please remember to pack and wear your badge and your Pi Beta Phi magnetic name badge.

Registration for Officers Workship closes June 24, 2024.
EXPENSES
Please consult the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity Officer Financial Guidelines regarding reimbursable expenses. The hotel requires a credit card when checking in for any incidental fees. Each attendee will be responsible for incidental expenses (telephone calls, additional meals, snacks, etc.) they incur. Please be mindful of your expenses and respectful of Fraternity dollars.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Officers Workshop meetings will officially begin the morning of August 16. However, if schedule permits, please plan to arrive early:

A New Specialist Orientation will be held Thursday at 5 p.m. Attendance is highly encouraged for new specialists as well as specialists serving less than a year.

An optional reception for all attendees will be held Thursday at 7 p.m.
Departures can be scheduled any time on Sunday. Please check with your Collegiate Regional Director and Alumnae Engagement Director prior to booking travel as some regional teams plan to utilize Sunday for team meetings prior to departure.
For your convenience, if you plan to arrive early or depart late and require hotel accommodations for Wednesday or Sunday nights, you may indicate such when registering by selecting the ‘Early Arrival’ or ‘Late Departure’ hotel accommodation program options. An additional charge of $230 will be incurred per room per night.
AIR TRAVEL
The Fraternity’s travel agency, Travel Leaders, is available to assist with booking flights at 800-627–9258. Please review the Fraternity Officer Financial Guidelines for all required deadlines related to booking airfare.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
For those traveling by air, complimentary Uber vouchers will be provided closer to the event.
PARKING
The Westin St. Louis offers driving directions, parking and transportation options on their website. Parking is available at the hotel ($10/day self-parking; $25/overnight self-parking).
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
The Fraternity will arrange hotel accommodations at the Westin St. Louis. When registering, you may select to share a room or choose to upgrade to a single room. If selecting a shared room, you will be given the option to request a roommate. Headquarters staff will do their best to accommodate your request, however, we are unable to guarantee a specific roommate request. Single room upgrades are $115/night; please note, the Fraternity will not compensate for single room upgrades.

Meals are provided Thursday lunch through Sunday lunch.
