Accounts Payable Specialist

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position assists with the accounts’ payable function for the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. The accounts payable department is responsible for handling the company’s payments to suppliers, vendors and creditors, ensuring that all financial obligations are met accurately and on time.

Assistant Director of Housing

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position is responsible for managing Fraternity Housing Corporation facilities and supports Chapter House Corporations to ensure a positive housing member experience.

Director of Development and Engagement

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position is responsible for setting the strategy for and overseeing all development activities, including fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships. This position supervises and provides leadership to all frontline fundraisers and supporting fundraising roles. 

Foundation Operations Coordinator

St. Louis, MO

The full-time position coordinates Foundation operational functions including gift and pledge entry management, analyzing gift and commitment information and documentation, and managing donor and prospect data in Salesforce. 

Major Gifts Officer

St. Louis, MO

This full-time position is responsible for executing a comprehensive fundraising program to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors and furthers sustains annual giving, major giving, and planned giving programs.

House Director

Florida Epsilon Chapter at University of Central Florida—Orlando, FL

This part-time position manages the operations and maintenance of the house, provides onsite support members of Pi Beta Phi and directs employees and vendors to foster a safe and enjoyable environment furthering a positive member experience.
