Professional Experience: More than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and nonprofit sectors in various roles including training, leadership development, human resources, finance, quality and process improvement. 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I want to pay forward the myriad ways that Pi Phi membership has enriched my life. 

Pi Phi Experience: Leadership Development Consultant, Collegiate Province President, Director of Membership, Leadership and Nominating Committee Chair and Legislative Committee Member. 

Professional Experience: Academic Advisor for Student-Athletes, Assistant Athletic Director for Academic & Student Services and Associate/Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Development. 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I want to give back to an organization that has made me the person and leader I am today. I'm passionate about empowering women and developing leaders and no one does that better than Pi Phi! 

Pi Phi Experience: Region Nine Collegiate Regional Programming Specialist and Pi Beta Phi Development Committee Member. 

Professional Experience: Leadership Development Consultant, Sales Manager for Gartner 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? Pi Beta Phi has given me so much—I’m always looking for ways to contribute to generations of Pi Phis to come! 

Pi Phi Experience: Foundation Trustee, Director Finance/Housing, Region One Collegiate Regional Financial/Housing Specialist, Alumnae Club Vice President of Finance, Pennsylvania Theta Alumnae Advisory Committee Financial Advisor and Chapter Support Officer. 

Professional Experience: Corporate finance, procurement and public accounting. 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I want to provide leadership opportunities to women so we can reduce the wage gap. 

Pi Phi Experience: New Jersey Alpha Alumnae Advisory Committee Member, Northern New Jersey Alumnae Club President and Foundation Graduate Fellowship Committee Member.  

Professional Experience: Physician in the pharmaceutical industry developing new medications. 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I serve to give back to the Fraternity and make a positive impact on our sisterhood in the present and for the future. 

Pi Phi Experience: Foundation Board of Trustees Secretary and Trustee; Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship Committee Member, Chapter Support Officer, Grand Vice President Membership, Grand Vice President Alumnae, Region Four Alumnae Regional Director and Alumnae Regional Membership Specialist and Alumnae Province President. 

Professional Experience: Mutual Fund Investment Manager, Portfolio Accounting Manager, Director of Christian Education and Missions & Outreach. 

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I serve for the opportunity to give back to Pi Phi. 

Ana believes deeply in social responsibility and considers her professional career to be enriched by her volunteer work.

Ana is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she was initiated into the Texas Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi. She has served the organization in many roles with her most recent as National Panhellenic Conference Delegate and Pi Beta Phi Foundation Campaign Cabinet member.

Ana is the Founder and Principal of Asquared Communications Group and a member of the Forbes Agency Council. She believes her data-driven approach, coupled with the knowledge and expertise that comes with 20+ years of professional experience in a variety of industries will complement her role in Fraternity Growth.

Ana is known by her friends, clients and colleagues as an incisive communicator and a reflective leader, Ana is passionate about approaching all touchstones of her life with organized intention and emphasis on continuous improvement (and lots of FUN too!). She relishes Sundays, never tires of chocolate ice cream, claims to dream in black and white, and supports the opportunity for all women to live their highest potential.

Pi Phi Experience: Region Five Collegiate Regional Financial/Housing Specialist, Chapter House Corporation Support Officer and Collegiate Housing Officer. 

Professional Experience: CPG sales and marketing.  

Why do you want to serve as an international officer? I love continuing to serve the Fraternity that has given me so much. I am honored to work toward ensuring our sisterhood has financial and housing support that enables us to offer a premier member experience. I have continued to be able to meet Pi Phis across the country and love building personal relationships with outstanding women.
