Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Pi Phi Giving Day by inspiring others to give back. It’s simple: share your enthusiasm for our sisterhood and encourage giving through your personal network. Whether it’s a social media post, a quick text or an email, your small actions can make a big impact.  

What do ambassadors do?

Ambassadors are the heart of Pi Phi Giving Day! 

Using your unique giving link, you'll inspire sisters and friends to join the celebration. Share your excitement through posts, messages or even a quick call—it’s all about connecting in the ways that feel most natural to you. Every effort, big or small, helps make this initiative a success! 

What’s the timeline?  

Before March 14: Identify who you'll reach out to and send save-the-date messages.  

March 14: Make your gift, then spread the word by sharing your personalized giving link, posting eye-catching graphics and rallying sisters and friends to be part of this exciting 10-year milestone! 

What resources are available? 

As an ambassador, you’ll have everything you need to succeed: 

  1. A full Ambassador Toolkit. 
  2. Graphics for social media.  
  3. Scripts for phone calls and texts. 
  4. Templates for emails. 
  5. Support from Pi Beta Phi staff throughout the campaign! 
What else should I know?

As an ambassador, you’ll help make Pi Phi Giving Day’s 10th anniversary unforgettable. In return, you’ll receive:

  • The joy of giving back and strengthening our sisterhood.
  • The chance to earn exclusive Pi Phi prizes for your fundraising efforts.
  • Special recognition as a key part of this milestone celebration—all ambassadors will receive a special button at Convention in Louisville this summer.
