Meet the 2024-2025 Leadership Development Consultants

Join us in congratulating the newest members serving as our 2024-2025 Pi Beta Phi Leadership Development Consultants (LDCs). We are so excited to see all they accomplish this year as they work with our chapters, empower and inspire our sisters, and help others become the best versions of themselves!

Atlantis Hostetter, Florida Eta

Resident Leadership Development Consultant at Ohio Zeta

014A3859-(2).jpg1.) What do you want to accomplish this year as an LDC?
I want to help as many Pi Phis as I can feel empowered, supported and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

2.) My favorite Pi Phi memory is...
When Florida Eta planned a makeup Preference ceremony for my senior graduating class because we never got to have one.

3.) Most people don’t know, but I...
am a licensed commercial US Coast Guard Ship Captain and used to run scuba diving charters in the Florida Keys!

Helen Lemarr, Tennessee Gamma

Leadership Development Consultant
Helen-Lemarr-(1).jpg1.) Is there a member of Pi Beta Phi who inspires you?
I have always looked up to Tennessee Gamma, Caroline Ayers. During our time in Tennessee Gamma, I saw her lead our chapter through uncertain times with grace, tenacity and love for the Fraternity. Seeing her take this love into her position as an LDC inspired me to do the same.

2.) What do you want to accomplish this year as an LDC?
I want to inspire the collegians I work with to be their most confident and capable selves.

3.) My favorite place in the world is...
my childhood summer camp.

Kyra Scharnhorst, Idaho Alpha

Leadership Development Consultant
Kyra-Scharnhorst-(1).jpeg1.) I wanted to be an LDC because...
I love traveling and meeting new people and get to develop my personal and professional skills at the same time. I am so excited to support collegians and help their chapters thrive!

2.) Is there a member of Pi Beta Phi who inspires you?
Idaho Alpha Alumnae Advisory Committee Community Relations Advisor Marissa Norton is one of the most confident, supportive and inspirational Pi Phis I know!

3.) My go-to Starbucks order is...
vanilla sweet cream cold brew

Oliva Castle, Ohio Epsilon

Olivia-Castle-(1).jpg1.) My favorite Pi Phi memory is...
holding the Ohio Epsilon flag in the Banner Parade at Pi Beta Phi’s 74th Biennial Convention in 2023!

2.) I wanted to be an LDC because...
I had such a positive experience with the previous LDCs who visited my chapter. Pi Phi was such an important part of my college experience and I wanted to continue serving the Fraternity at the international level!

Morgan Wallen

planning recruitment for my chapter and watching new sisters run home on Bid Day! Working together as a team made me appreciate sisterhood on a deeper level.

2.) I wanted to be an LDC because...
being involved in our organization changed my life in the best way possible and I wanted to be surrounded by motivated, amazing women as I come into post-grad life. Getting to support chapters across the US and Canada is an absolute dream and I am so thankful to keep meeting more Pi Phis and grow within this role.

3.) My favorite book is...
Normal People by Sally Rooney.

Tess Klygis, Michigan Beta

I want to be a resource and mentor for as many women as possible and show them the value of their Pi Phi membership.

2.) I wanted to be an LDC because...
my chapter leadership experience was so important to my development as a young professional and I wanted to empower other women to use their sorority experience as a foundation for future professional success.

3.) One food item I could never give up...
rigatoni with vodka sauce.
