Plan a Reunion at Convention 2025
Reuniting with your sisters is always a special experience filled with laughter, cherished memories and the lifelong bond of Pi Phi sisterhood. But with the demands of daily life, planning a reunion can be challenging. Convention 2025 is the perfect opportunity to gather sisters from your Member Class and celebrate together in Louisville, Kentucky. If you've been wanting to reconnect but aren’t sure where to start, we’ve got you covered with these ideas!
1. Call your sisters
Start planting the seeds for a convention reunion by reaching out to your sisters—even those you haven’t spoken to since graduation! Catch up, discuss your schedules and see who is planning to attend.
Promote the trip in your Pi Phi Facebook groups, on your alumnae club’s social media or even your own. You may inspire more sisters to join or encourage members from other chapters to plan their own reunions at convention! Even if not everyone can make it, a mini reunion is still worthwhile!
2. Plan your stay
Once you have your group together, decide on a time to connect during convention—whether it's over breakfast at The Galt House Hotel, coffee during a programming break or a happy hour before the Wine Carnation Banquet. 3. Book your travel
If you’re planning to attend convention, be sure to register by May 1 to be listed in the official program. The final registration deadline is May 15. Attendees must book their own travel and accommodations, and we recommend making arrangements early! Want to spend extra time exploring Louisville with your sisters? As you and your sisters celebrate at Convention 2025, be sure to capture the moment! Snap photos, share them on social media and tag @pibetaphihq. You can also tell us about your reunion using the Submit a Story form on the website—your story might be featured in an upcoming publication!
